HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Vale Press is a printer and publisher in Austin serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
