HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Bright Drift Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Austin, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
