HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Vista Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Austin, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
