HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Austin. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Austin. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
