HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Austin region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
