HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Juniper Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
