HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
