HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
