HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Atlanta working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
