HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Birch Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
