HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Kestrel Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 704 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
