HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
