HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Beacon Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Atlanta region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
