HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
