HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Vale Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Atlanta with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
