HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Loom Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
