HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Atlanta region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
