HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Bright Vista Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
