HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Umber Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Atlanta with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
