HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Fern Energy is an energy provider in Atlanta focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
