HR Business Partner - employee relations (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Atlanta with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
