HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Drift Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
