HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Housing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 282 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
