HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Hollow Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 860 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
