HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Rook Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
