HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
