HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Anchorage design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
