HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Drift Energy is an energy provider in Anchorage focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
