HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline River Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Anchorage and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
