HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge West Arts Center Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 867 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
