HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Ridge Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
