HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
