HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
