HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Quill Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
