HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Albuquerque serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
