HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Cedar Clear Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
