HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright River Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Albuquerque plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
