HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
