HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
