HR Business Partner - drivers and warehouse teams (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Linden Freight moves goods across California and the Southwest, employing about 600 drivers and warehouse staff. We are hiring a contract HR business partner in San Jose. What you will do • Advise terminal managers on attendance, discipline and safety issues. • Handle leave, accommodations and workers' compensation questions. • Help with recruitment and retention initiatives for drivers. What we are looking for • Four or more years in HR; trucking, logistics or warehouse experience is a plus. • Knowledge of California employment law. Contract for eight months, on site in San Jose.
