HR Business Partner - custodial and maintenance staff (Houston, TX)

Lumen Basin Facilities manages cleaning, security and maintenance for office towers and hospitals across Houston, employing about 600 people on multiple shifts. We are hiring a full-time HR business partner. What you will do • Support site supervisors on attendance, performance and safety concerns, including at night. • Help new employees complete paperwork, training and uniform issue. • Keep our records in order and help us prepare for client audits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR, ideally in facilities, hospitality or other shift-based work. • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Full-time, on site in Houston.
