HR Business Partner - custodial and grounds teams (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Facilities looks after campuses and office buildings around Birmingham with about 200 employees. We are hiring a full-time HR business partner. What you will do • Support supervisors with attendance, coaching and discipline. • Manage onboarding, training records and benefits questions. • Investigate concerns fairly and promptly. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR, ideally with hourly or shift-based staff. • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. Full-time, on site in Birmingham.
