HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
