HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
