HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Birch Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
