HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
