HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bridge Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
