HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lakeside Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
