HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
