HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Wichita plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 489 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
